Bond offering Imperial Pacific sought to use on casino put on hold

Bloomberg Asia is reporting that a bond offering that gaming operator Imperial Pacific International Holdings Ltd. sought to use to fund construction of a new casino on Saipan, a U.S. territory in the Pacific, has been put on hold.
